All Church Street patients are invited to a farewell party for Dr Paul Bryan on Thursday 14th June at the Health Centre, 7.15pm – 8.45pm hosted by the Patient Participation Group (PPG). Light refreshments will be provided. In order to help with catering numbers it would be helpful if you could e-mail churchstreetppg@gmail.com.
The PPG has arranged for a collection box in which patients can place cards or letters for Dr Bryan with their messages and memories. This will be in reception from now until 11th June.
A collection will be made towards a gift. Envelopes will be available in reception. All money, (cash only), should be placed in a sealed envelope and handed to the receptionist. Please mark the envelope ‘Dr Bryan’s collection’. Please use separate envelopes for your card and donation.
