The most important thing for me is everyone listens. I have a long standing illness so I am in the surgery regularly. Everytime I am here I am treated with the upmost respect. For that I will always be grateful.

Cannot think of anything that could be improved. All the staff I have encountered have always been professional and courteous, whatever their role. In my experience I have always been treated quickly with care and attention given to my concerns and where appropriate, been referred very promptly. I have always felt I have been given adequate time to explain and given full information regarding my problems. As I said - pretty well perfect!
