The Patient Involvement Group (PIG) of Church Street Practice invites you all to its annual Open Meeting at 7.30 pm on 16th November. This year there will be a Panel of Local Pharmacists who will discuss their services and answer your questions. This meeting will be followed by the Annual General Meeting at approximately 8.45 pm.
