Accessing GP services for someone else with proxy access
You can request proxy access by downloading this proxy access form.
Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and select Switch profile.
You will see it here once we set you up with a link profile.
You will also see what services you can use for this person, such as ordering repeat prescriptions for them.
Once ready to return to your profile, select “Switch back to your profile” in the yellow banner at the top.
