We have a wide catchment area and will register patients who live in Wantage and the surrounding villages. Take a look at the map below to see whether your postcode falls into our boundaries. We can only accept patients within this area as it will allow us to carry out home visits if needed.

We are using a new online service called Register with a GP Surgery. That makes it easy to register with Church Street Practice.
