There are disabled parking bays at both sides of the building and a drop of point at the front of the building. Our side and front access doors are automatic and there is wheel chair access at all entrances. All doors including the consulting rooms are suitable for wheelchairs. By the side entrance there are two wheelchairs that can be used by patients who are unable to walk from the car park to the waiting room.
There are disabled toilets in the main foyer next to the public telephone and in the small foyer leading to the waiting room. There are lifts if you require access to the first floor.
We have a portable hearing loop which can be taken into consultation rooms and there is a hearing loop in the reception waiting area and we have a member of staff who is proficient in sign language if needed.
