Our new service “Engage Consult” can can be used in three ways either for a non-emergency medical problem, an administrative query or to access self-care advice from the NHS. Click the button to use this service.
Use online service
You will receive a same day response when your request is made within these
daily Engage Consult request hours.
- If your message is received before 4.30pm Monday-Friday you will receive a telephone call back or message within 2-4 hours. After 4.30pm you will receive a response the next working day.
- All messages sent via this system are automatically saved to your patient record. Please ensure that you only provide information you are happy to be saved in this way.
- When you send us messages, the first person to read them will be a patient adviser to ensure your request is directed as appropriate within the practice.
- You may be contacted by either a doctor, emergency care practitioner or a nurse
practitioner and in the case of administration queries by a patient adviser.
