The Practice Manager is responsible for the general administration of the practice. This includes the management of personnel, finance, planning and development and quality issues.

The Receptionists will always try to provide you with a friendly helpful service. They can help you with appointments, registration, test results and general enquiries.

These are the members of staff that will handle your prescription requests and offer advice on medication. They process your prescription requests and liaise closely with the doctors and the local pharmacies. Please read our prescription page about different ways you can request your medications.
If you have a query on your medication please ring them on 01235 770245 Option 2, between 9 and 5.30 and if they cannot deal with it, they will speak to your Doctor and ring you back.
Together this team helps the practice monitor the way it works through quality control, audit and information management.
Gill deals with data and computer problems, including patient on-line access, audit and monitoring of quality within the practice.
Tania assists with financial matters, claim forms and reports that need to be completed.
Lynn deals with the transfer of records for patients who have left the practice and the administration for the childhood immunisations, flu and cervical smear programmes.
Sally Matthews and Julie Bridle
Sally and Julie manage the call and recall systems for our chronic disease patients and summarise all new patient notes.
Secretary – Claire Delaney with support from Lynn Nichols and Angie Rose
Claire handles all the referral letters to Hospitals and other services and will help if you have difficulty with making an appointment through Choose and Book or are concerned over delays in getting your appointment date from the Hospital. Claire can be contacted by dialling 01235 770245.
